Celebrate The Sweet Legacy of Rockport At the 3rd Annual Rockport Donut Festival
Celebrate the sweet legacy of Rockport, Maine, at the 3rd Annual Rockport Donut Festival on June 13–14, 2025! This free, family-friendly event honors Captain Hanson Gregory, the Rockport native credited with inventing the donut hole in 1847.
Kick off the festivities at 3pm on Friday with donut vendors, food trucks, and the Cedarworks Kid’s Tent with activities for all the kids (courtesy of the Penobscot Bay YMCA). Live music with the Mallett Brother Band starts at 7pm with a FREE and lively harbor dance party.
Saturday events begin at 7am and include the Donut Dash 5K, a colorful parade, kids’ activities, the Homemade Donut Contest, craft vendors, food trucks, and FREE live music with Motor Booty Affair at 7:30pm.
Indulge in delectable treats from top donut vendors like Ruckus Donuts, Old Time Donuts, The Only Doughnut, The Holy Donut, and Eighty 8 Donuts. Savory options from food trucks including American Flat Bread, Vintage Dogs, and Cheese the Day.
Don’t miss the Lobster Crate Race and the “Donut Dip” into Rockport Harbor!
